Jane Maguire Fine Art Conservation provides art conservation and restoration services to collectors and curators on a national and international basis, from our workshop in Alderbury, near Shrewsbury in Shropshire.
Restoring fine art
Professionally qualified in 1985, our company was established in 1990 to undertake all aspects of art restoration and conservation work.
We are trusted by many local, national and international dealers, collectors and framers to undertake restoration services of museum standard.
Having gained a reputation for highly skilled and professional work, our portfolio has included the restoration of many prestigious and valuable pieces for owners of some major collections in London and Oxfordshire. We have also restored some valuable pieces for Christchurch Canterbury Museum in New Zealand.

We can help to restore works that have been affected by a range of different issues. Whether your piece is damaged through acid discolouration, has water damage or even has a hole in it, we can help to restore it and preserve it for future generations to come.
We also provide an artwork cleaning service for drawings, prints, watercolours and oils in addition to a museum-standard bespoke framing service.
We are a member of the Institute of Conservation (ICON) and also provide a secure collection and delivery service for our clients at an additional cost.
